Nucleus Global is a global leader in the medical communications space, and they are seeking an Associate Account Executive to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support senior Client Services staff and collaborate across departments to ensure projects meet client expectations and drive project success.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day organizational and administrative support to senior Client Services leaders
- Help develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives
- Track financial data using advanced Excel skills and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
- Contribute to team meetings, project planning sessions, and client communications
- Support other key initiatives and projects as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
- At least 1 year of project coordination or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior internship or professional experience in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (able to maintain and analyze complex spreadsheets)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset
