About the position
Responsibilities
• Create and dispatch work orders for field operations based on orders from channel partners.
• Ensure accuracy in work order creation and dispatching to field personnel.
• Serve as the primary communication channel between customers and Velocare field personnel via various messaging platforms.
• Provide quality service to customers and field personnel, addressing inquiries and service issues promptly.
• Show empathy and compassion in all interactions with customers and field personnel.
• Perform problem-solving to assist with inquiries from customers or field personnel.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in service quality.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in service delivery.
Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Effective customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Healthcare experience is beneficial.
