Job Responsibilities
As an Assistant Math Learning Center Director, you will play a key role in driving the success of our center. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
- Assisting with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Providing exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
- Leading and coaching team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Managing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Mentoring and supporting employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
- Teaching/tutoring in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
- Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- Proficiency in computer skills

- Take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency
- Provide work authorization
- Pass a background check

Compensation and Benefits
