Job Summary: Marketing Event Coordinator
As a Marketing Event Coordinator at EVOTEK, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing various events that enhance our brand, foster client loyalty, and create memorable experiences. You will work closely with our Event Managers to ensure seamless event execution, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Event Managers to plan and execute events, including corporate conferences, charity fundraisers, and other marketing promotions.
- Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, audio-visual requirements, catering, and accommodation arrangements.
- Develop event timelines, allocate resources, and track budgets to ensure successful event execution.
- Create promotional materials, manage event registrations, and ensure effective communication with target audiences.
- Lead onsite event management, including registration and attendee management, to ensure a seamless experience for participants.
- Manage event contracts, track event artifacts and surveys, and execute event-related social media strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective event coordination and vendor management.
- Manage pre- and post-event invoicing, including submission for marketing development funds.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous event planning experience, preferably in a marketing or corporate events setting.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and event staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% for events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience, preferably in an events or marketing setting.
- Salesforce experience, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in event management.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking when making decisions.
